These terms cover use of the Monaro Group website and general conditions that apply when you enquire about or engage our commercial cleaning and facility services. Specific contracts or quotes may include additional written terms.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Service work is governed by the written quote, agreement or purchase order we confirm with you. Where those documents conflict with this page, the written service agreement prevails for that job.
03Our services
Monaro Group specialises in commercial and industrial cleaning and related facility support. We do not offer residential, Airbnb or domestic cleaning through this website.
Service descriptions on the site are general. Final scope, frequency, price and access requirements are confirmed in writing before work begins.
04Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information you provide and any site assessment we complete. If site conditions, access or scope change, we may revise pricing before or during delivery by agreement.
Unless stated otherwise, quoted prices exclude GST where applicable and are valid for the period noted on the quote.
05Access and client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing safe, timely access to the premises, accurate alarm or security instructions, and any induction or WHS information required for our teams to work on site.
Delays, lockouts or incomplete access instructions may affect scheduling and may incur reasonable additional charges if agreed or set out in your contract.
06Website content
Website content is provided for general information. We aim to keep it accurate but do not warrant that every page is complete or current at all times.
You may not scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of this site for commercial use without our prior written consent.
07Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, Monaro Group is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
For contracted cleaning services, liability is as set out in your written agreement and under non-excludable consumer guarantees that may apply.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia. Courts in that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use.
